With the Early Bird Discount, we want to reward not only your decision to choose Tarifize, but also your long-term commitment. That is why, with monthly billing, the discount is applied at two separate points: at the beginning of your subscription and in the 12th month.
How does the discount work with monthly billing?
If you choose monthly billing, we waive two monthly base prices:
Month 1: the first monthly base price will not be charged.
Months 2–11: the standard monthly base price of the selected plan applies.
Month 12: the 12th monthly base price will not be charged, provided that the subscription remains active.
The monthly TARIC code quota included in the selected plan is also available during the free months. If usage exceeds the monthly quota included in the plan, additional TARIC codes will also be charged during the free months.
How does the discount work with annual billing?
If you choose annual billing, the first annual fee gives you access for 14 months instead of 12.
This means that the monthly TARIC code quota of the selected Basic or PRO plan will be available for 14 months, while you only pay the first annual subscription fee.
Additional TARIC codes generated above the monthly quota will also be charged separately under annual billing.
Which plans are eligible for the Early Bird Discount?
The Early Bird Discount applies to the Tarifize Basic and PRO plans.
Basic plan
An ideal choice for lower-volume customs workflows and regular, moderate TARIC code generation.
PRO plan
Designed for higher processing volumes and more intensive use, with a dedicated account manager and API access.

The Early Bird Discount applies to Basic or PRO plan registrations submitted by 31 July 2026.
The discount applies only to the monthly or annual base price. Additional TARIC codes generated above the monthly quota included in the selected plan will also be charged during the free months and throughout the extended annual discount period.
The discount does not apply to the Start or Enterprise plans. For Enterprise requirements, we provide a custom offer.
The use of Tarifize is governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions, data protection terms, and the fees and usage limits related to the selected plan.

Promotional Terms
The Early Bird Discount applies to new Basic or PRO plan registrations submitted between 1 June 2026 and 31 July 2026.
The discount applies only to new Tarifize subscriptions and cannot be applied to Start, Enterprise or custom-priced plans. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, individual discount or custom commercial offer.
With monthly billing, the discount applies to the first monthly base price and the 12th monthly base price. The waiver of the 12th monthly base price is conditional upon the subscription remaining active and uninterrupted throughout the relevant period, and upon the customer having no overdue payment obligations towards Tarifize.
With annual billing, the first annual subscription fee gives the customer access for 14 months. In this case, the discount also applies only to the base price of the selected plan and to the monthly TARIC code quota included in that plan.
Additional TARIC codes generated above the monthly quota included in the selected plan will also be charged during the free or discounted period. The discount does not apply to extra services, custom developments, integrations, add-ons, taxes, bank charges or any other separately charged items.
All prices are net amounts and do not include applicable VAT or any other taxes, duties or charges.
Tarifize reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the discount in the event of incorrect, incomplete, unauthorised or abusive registration.
